Classic Spaghetti Bolognese
This authentic Bolognese sauce is simmered for hours to develop deep, complex flavors. It's comfort food at its finest!

- •1 onion, finely chopped
- •2 carrots, finely chopped
- •2 celery stalks, finely chopped
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •28 oz crushed tomatoes
- •1 cup red wine
- •1 cup beef broth
- •2 tablespoons tomato paste
- •2 bay leaves
- •1 teaspoon dried oregano
- •Salt and pepper to taste
- •1 lb spaghetti
- •Parmesan cheese for serving

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Brown ground beef and pork, breaking up with a spoon. Remove and set aside.

In the same pot, sauté onion, carrots, and celery until softened.
