- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •2 teaspoons salt
- •1 teaspoon sugar
- •1 cup pizza sauce
- •16 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- •Fresh basil leaves
- •Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
